Hi all.

I'm enjoying these days of 60 degree weather here in the Northeast. Today I golfed- it was glorious.

B- fruit smoothie, L- apple, soup, D- chicken, peas, wine Snacks- piece of coffee cake, cheese, piece of chocolate, pear, 60 calorie ice cream treat, yogurt

Good for you. I am looking forward to leaving for Winter to Myrtle Beach and get my golf clubs out again. I can hear them rattling in the trunk of my car. LOL Have a great day.

Hi all,

The day started out better than it finished. B- fruit smoothie, L- apple, peanut butter , cheese D- a few shrimp, a few appetizers, apple dessert

snack- cupcake, wine

Exercise- 1 hr weights & abs at the gym, 2hrs of housework, 1/2 hr gardening

Not a well balanced eating day. Better planning for tomorrow!

Hi, Finally a decent day. The scale was going in the wrong direction- not terrible but inching up.

B- fruit smoothie, L- apple with cheddar cheese, D- chicken, green beans Snacks- more cheese, a few Doritos, glass of wine, 60 calorie mini dove bar

Exercise- 30 min walk, hour of gardening chores, and then my tibetan exercises ( I love the spinning part!)

I almost had a Kashi frozen dinner until I looked at the carbs- 56!! yow.

Hoping to have a better week , both watching my calories and carbs and with exercise.

Haven't posted in a few days. Kind of at a standstill but realized that I haven't been counting /watching my carbs. I need to get back to that. Today- B oatmeal. L- pineapple, apple w/ peanut butter. Snack- almonds D - tilapia, gr beans , potato

Hi, Been busy with car buying & selling , husband leaving for business and police activity due to someone stealing our mail and then designing a check to look like our checks and forging my husband's signature, weird , i know and disturbing. A woman who I knew fairly well when I lived in Singapore died at he age of 52 of cancer. She was a swimmer, a mother of 2 boys , a nice person with a great laugh , very sad. So an emotional week.

So no progress here for the week.

Today- B, oatmeal, snack- pineapple

Lunch & dinner not yet decided. But thinking of trying a pumpkin martini.

Hi- A beautiful day- sunny & warm. Today I sold my car ! And played golf! So a great day.

B- almond milk & fruit smoothie L- turkey, lowfat cheese, pear, piece of chocolate D- chicken curry w/ rice Snacks- wine, peanuts

Exercise- golf

I think I'm on a maintenance plan because the scale is pretty much stuck.

Not the best of weekends. Didn't really track my food but did go off plan . Had meals out - one that I had little control over & had to eat at least a decent amount - or at least that was my choice. And then there was the wine... And then not much in the way of exercise.

Tomorrow will be a good day.

Good Morning-

Progress, I slept until 6 today!

Yesterday was interesting. I had a homebaked muffin while I was at a meeting. Actually thought long & hard about it and decided that yes, I do want it and in the end it was very good. But the interesting thing is that I did have those awful cravings during the day- you know the ones where you're looking for something but in my case it doesn't exist in the house thank goodness so I settled on a pear. Just a reminder to me to stay away from food with flour & sugar.

Yesterday- B- fruit smoothie - almond milk, about a cup of fruit-frozen and 1/2 banana, about a T of yogurt, and T of flax seeds. L- turkey, lowfat cheese D- chicken, sweet potato Snacks- muffin, cashews, glass of wine, T of peanuttbutter, 2 small cookies, pear Around 1400 -1500 calories

Exercise- Zumba Todays challenges- going out forbreakfast with friends - going to have my breakfast smoothie at home with just a little fruit and then have fruit &cup of coffee at breakfast

Need to incease my water

I think you are right about the sugar. After almost 3 months without any sugar, I had those meringues, and it seriously made me crave more sugar, and food in general. No more sugar for me! Have a good day!

I was telling Puddles, studies show that sugar is more addictive than cocaine! So yes stay away from processed sugar and flour! They're evil! Eating unprocessed has shown me how processed everything is!!

good Morning-

Up at a ridiculous time. It is pretty normal for me though. Last night the stormy weather kept me awake also so will be a bit sleep deprived today.

Food yesterday- B- fruit smoothie L- turkey , low fat cheese, tomato D- chicken, butternut squash, broccoli Snacks- 3 pieces of chocolate, some almonds, banana, grapes, yogurt, glass of wine I've been tracking my calories on Lose It and am around 1200-1300 calories & the majority of them are in my snacks. Not sure if that is a good idea.

Exercise- not really but did the five Tibetans exercises- the first one is spinning around !! then a few floor exercises-more like stretching or yoga like exercises. Found them in a book so decided to give hem a try on a daily basis

Scale is moving but not as fast as I would like. However, I am eating healthy, don't miss the bread, and don't have any cravings for junk food & the sense of having my eating in control is worth a lot to me. I know I could lose faster with fewer carbs but know that a very lowcarb diet doesn't agree with me.

It looks like you're doing amazing! Great food choices... and I wouldn't worry about the snacks so much... they're healthy snacks... and the almonds (which were probably the highest) are giving you much needed healthy fat! Keep up the great work!

A decent day. B- fruit smoothie L- cr of mushroom soup& salad D- small serving rice, chicken curry Snacks- 3 pieces of chocolate, glass of wine, Cashews

Exercise- 45 min walk

Lunch was out at a restaurant so not sure how healthy it was. Menu said 150 calories on the salad but it tasted like a lot more.
