Hi there. i am new to this space so, hi.
Just to introduce myself, I have gained 10kilograms in the last year and have just really let myself slide.
I have started getting back into exercise of late but nothing is budging, just hoping with a little extra support `i can start to make this work!
And to start, I am adopting an AA approach of one day at a time... so planning - one day at a time!
Cycling to work tomorrow and then to gym.
Large fruit and nut smoothie.
Out for lunch with a friend - will aim for something healthy!
Sushi for dinner.
