How do you feel about yourself, your weight, your decision to change? Fine.

How long have you been overweight? Struggled with it all my life since the age of 6.

What things have you tried before to lose the weight? Exercise and moderate eating work the best for me.

What is the number one reason you want to lose weight? To feel better about myself.

What are some other reasons? Make peace with food.

What is your goal weight? 125

What is the first thing you want to do when you reach your goal? Probably weigh myself again to make sure it's true.

Are the people closest to you supportive? If not, why? Yes.

What is the worst thing about being overweight? Having physical and emotional difficulty participating in life activities, because the weight holds me back.

What is the best thing about you? My sense of humor.

How will losing weight affect those around you? It shouldn't.
