How long have you been overweight? I regained some of the weight I lost before the pandemic, then made an effort to quit gaining anymore during the shutdown.

What is the first thing you want to do when you reach your goal? I'm not waiting! My daily menu is applying goal weight's calories as my weight-loss 'diet'...hence the snail's pace. My body reduces slowly and I learn to eat the way I would have to anyway for maintenance. I've lost 30 lbs this way from 212# down to 180s# and will continue this path towards 150s#
What is the worst thing about being overweight? I feel sloppy, out of control.
