How do you feel about yourself, your weight, your decision to change? I expect a sense of accomplishment as I string together days of sticking to it.

How long have you been overweight? I regained some of the weight I lost before the pandemic, then made an effort to quit gaining anymore during the shutdown.

What is the number one reason you want to lose weight? accomplishment, confidence

What are some other reasons? body shape & bmi numbers & trusting myself again

What is the first thing you want to do when you reach your goal? I'm not waiting! My daily menu is applying goal weight's calories as my weight-loss 'diet'...hence the snail's pace. My body reduces slowly and I learn to eat the way I would have to anyway for maintenance. I've lost 30 lbs this way from 212# down to 180s# and will continue this path towards 150s#

What is the worst thing about being overweight? I feel sloppy, out of control.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (low to high) how determined are you to reach your goal? 8
